LetmeSell and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding it through the implementation of its privacy policy.   • The Policy’s Applicability

2.1 Some of our Services can be used without disclosing any personal information, while others need personal information. If you do not use these Services, the only information we will gather is ‘Non-Personal Information’ (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you). 2.3 We may collect this information (i) directly from you when you provide it to us; (ii) automatically as you navigate through our Services (information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies); and/or (iii) from any other source of information, including third-party sources.

2.4 Information you give us.

2.4.1 Details about your account: Your full name, email address, postal code, password, and any further information you submit with your accounts, such as your gender, phone number, and website. Your profile photo (if you have one) will be displayed publicly as part of your account profile. You may also provide us with this information if you use third-party sign-in services like Facebook or Google Plus. In such circumstances, we retrieve and keep any information provided to us by you via these sign-in services.

2.4.2 Your preferences and settings: Your preferences and settings, such as time zone and language.

2.4.3 Your content: Information you provide through our Services, such as your reviews, photographs, comments, lists, followers, the users you follow, ordering details and history, favourite categories, special requests, the contact information of people you add to or notify of your orders via our Services, names and other information you provide on our Services, and other information in your account.

2.4.4 Your searches and other acts include the following: The search terms you used and the results you chose.
